Well met, londonlassie!

My name on this site is londonlassie,
So, given your username, I assume you are in some proximity to the Mother Country's capital (I am down in Australia ) where her Hobb-ness will be visiting next year to promote the UK release of Blood of Dragons?

I'm a huge Liveships lover, and after months of reading all the Liveships-related topics on the Hobb sites I can find on the internet, I've finally decided to join a few to talk to people as obsessed as I am so I can stop boring my friends with "Hobb this, Hobb that"
"Hobb this, Hobb that" away!
Hello Everyone
I am another long time lurker who is in love with the fool
I am trying to avoid spoilers about City of Dragons cos I am waiting to read it and the next one at the same time but I may snap and buy it...
Yay, someone else who's in love with a fictional character
The more of us there are, the less strange I feel
Welcome to the board, mmmmmmm
Hello and welcome mmmmmmm!

Yes. That.
Well met and welcome (now let me count the m's so I get the spelling of your name right
...hey, seven, now there's a perfect number for any fantasy fan!
), mmmmmmm!
Terrific to have you with us.
I think we're a nice bunch
and am ever so glad that you've decided to evolve from lurker to lunatic (at least that's what people call me when they discover that I haunt this site!
).
Afterthought...
...or were we all lunatics to become lurkers?
Which came first, the lurker or the lunatic?
these beings suspect the answer is "yes", farseer...
we'come...
Thanks for the welcome everyone!
Hi everbody!
I just want to introduce myself after finally registering here.
I think I was registered at, what I presume was, the previous forum nearly a decade ago but did not post very much.
I started reading the Farseer books wen they first came out and was lucky enough to get the paperback of AA and trade paperback of RA because I liked the description and pictures of the covers in a comic book catalogue but had huge problems getting AQ in pre-Amazon.de Germany.
I even had to read the translation first and did not like it....
(the original version was better, but I was still disappointed by its ending, luckily it wasn't really the ending and now I can reread with pleasure
)
Currently I am reading the RWC for the first time ( just finished the second one) and reading on my Kindle I can get the next book in seconds.
It boggles my mind how much things have changed in that respect since I started reading this series.
And as this ever expanding saga has caught my imagination once again I came here to look for new insights and discussions.
I hope that I will have time to participate more this time.
we'come, Tebasile.
These beings hope you enjoy your visits and may they be numerous.
How are you enjoying the rain wild chronicles so far?
