so apologies to Mervi, the other mod. Still, it all just had to be said...again! 
I'm yet to dig into the text but here's a link to the 'Items' page within the wiki and in it you will see the link to Chivalry's Earring. There was only this for the physical description:

the pronunciation these beings think of for the word is somewhat different.
These beings are not going to take phonetic language for now, so it'll be estimated.
"juwl-ry" or "juul-ry" is how they would pronounce it. But that is how it is between different forms of English. To 'thul, adding the extra "le" near the end adds one syllable and thus feels wrong. At the same time, "jewel" is not pronounced "jewl" or "juul", but with all its letters or a similar-length form like "juuel". removing the "e" before the "l" here feels wrong.
