RE: Best movie you've ever seen. - Nuytsia - May-23-2010 Woooooo now I must really just say it - ABBA yuk!!!!!!! Teehee again OPPOSITE taste to Farseer! Hey Farseer did you watch 'Dating the Enemy' on ABC2 tonight? Hehehe I'm guessing not. I only watched a few minutes of it and it seemed fairly lame.... but seeing Guy Pearce made me think of you! Mervi have you seen that movie? (knowing that Guy Pearce was your first celebrity crush and all) RE: Best movie you've ever seen. - Farseer - Jul-17-2010 Hey Nuytsia. No, we don't get ABC2, Go! or any of those other extra channels way out here, and I've been busy too busy anyway, typing up meeting minutes and putting together an extra-curricular program for the next school term etc. Things I should have already been doing rather than reading Soldier's Son! So, you ask, why am I here and why have I just posted in a Gernian thread if I am so busy?? I am, like you, addicted!! I watched 'The Hurt Locker' not that long ago and must admit that the little I saw of GP in that was enough. I thought it was a fitting ending for his character though...ok, so that's not being very kind toward my fellow man...tsk, tsk !!! RE: Best movie you've ever seen. - Mervi - Jul-18-2010 No Nuytsia, I haven't seen that movie. Believe it or not, besides his Snowy River work, I've only seen him in Memento, the Road and the Time Machine (only seen clips of Priscilla, so it doesn't count). RE: Best movie you've ever seen. - Nuytsia - Jul-18-2010 Well he was yummy! RE: Best movie you've ever seen. - Mervi - Jul-19-2010 Isn't he always? But thanks for the tip, I'll give that movie a try if I ever come across it. Perhaps I shouldn't judge it, when I didnt see very much of it. Heh heh Farseer, dare we ask who you would find an attractive specimen? RE: Best movie you've ever seen. - Liquid Ice - Jul-24-2010 Last night I saw the movie Inception. Have to say it was one of the best movies I have ever seen. Clever, original, epic. Did almost everything right. The most enjoyable thing that I took away from it was the score. I've actually gone and bought the sound track online. Loving every second of it. |
