It's getting a bit battered, but it's surviving, and one that I'm determined not to lose! (for once) RE: Favorite Bookmark - 'thul - Sep-21-2011 These beings have a bookmark laying around that is at least 8 years old... and innumerable others that vary in age, composition and size. RE: Favorite Bookmark - fool-ish - Sep-21-2011 I'm thinking maybe I should ask a member of my clan for a nice bookmark for christmas..a good sturdy one of course that won't be easily lost. A good book to christen it wouldn't be a bad idea either. I may need to resort to sky-writing or somesuch as a reminder though. RE: Favorite Bookmark - 'thul - Sep-21-2011 Clan? These beings wonder what sort of clan you refer to. Is it: A. Gaelic clan? B. Scottish clan? C. Clan of cavemen? D. Clan of barbarians? E. none of the above? F. Several of the above? However, the grunts I'm talking about are of the 'I can't be bothered listening' or 'I'm not interested' variety. They tend to be short and to the point and very annoying when a simple 'yes', 'no' or 'don't know' would suffice. I can't quite believe we're having a conversation about 'grunts' in a thread about bookmarks. RE: Favorite Bookmark - 'thul - Sep-22-2011 bookmarks and grunts belong together. When someone busy is told to do some chore or other, they often grunt in response and need a bookmark. Hmm... post #7162 on the forums. How quaint. Especially since it is 'thul's 1000th post here.
