RE: Forum FAQ - 'thul - Aug-06-2011

It does not hurt to set up a few extra ones... and why keep them purely farseer?

It's possibly time to start thinking about a nickname for those who reach 1000 posts also?

I do think Farseer and then Sacrifice are great. But what about Tangled? Someone who has so many posts are surely well and truly "tangled"!

RE: Forum FAQ - 'thul - Aug-07-2011

Tangled fits much better...

And maybe "Plentiful"?

RE: Forum FAQ - Farseer - Aug-07-2011

*sigh* Trust you 'thul beings to want to buck the Farseer trend!! P

Of course, it's Mervi's list so the final addition decisions will be up to her. That being said, it's great to do some brainstorming to get the ideas flowing, and you're coming up with such terrific options - thanks!!

Tangled...love it! Clapping

The realm is too big to keep it to only a single character from 6 of the books...

"Elderling" is also a fitting one.
Perhaps one for lower levels? "Touched by the rain wilds"

Re: posting pictures within a post:

I can't seem to do this. I used the attachment button at the bottom to browse to the image I want, and Open. I can see the new attachment, but when I click "add to post" or whatever the button says, the attachment text pastes in, e.g. [attachment 105], but when I preview the post, I see nothing. Am I missing something?

RE: Forum FAQ - Farseer - Feb-21-2012

FoolishGirl, I don't ever see my pics during preview so possibly you should just go ahead to the 'post' stage? You can always delete or edit later if it doesn't work? I can also help you with that, if needed?

RE: Forum FAQ - 'thul - Feb-21-2012

attachment systems can be a bit odd at times... thus 'thul generally use an external image uploader on a site they have an account registered... (or if the file is really big, use a university website uploader to store it online. 'thul did that with a 45mb image a while ago.)
