Thank you all for the warm welcome. I found this forum late, actually very early in the morning and have not had a chance to read anything here except part of this thread. I look forward to spending more time here.

Thanks again Happyballoon

Greetings,

I was fortunate to have had all of the Farseer books available as readily as I could complete each one. I started reading them well after all of them had been written. I skipped the Live Ship books because they did not include FitzChivalry. I read the Farseer and Fool trilogies like one large book.

Having finished them I looked for something new. I read about 10 chapters of a Gaiman book but I could not get hooked on it. Sometimes it was funny but it was dark and dirty while no one cared enough about the main character. It made me uncomfortable without any relief. I set it aside and do not know if I will continue with it in the future.

I downloaded a sample of Ship of Magic to my Kindle and was immediately drawn into it. So I am currently reading the Live Ship trilogy. I do not want to accidentally glimpse any spoiler information so I will not be coming here until I am done.

See ya later
