That is not quite correct, so they changed the design somewhat. Still, you're fairly close.

You were incorrect in one (or more) of the colors. The spinal section also covers part of the front and back covers.

Yellow/golden front and back cover with a stamped RH in the front. Than there is the blue spine that covers parts of the front and back cover. on the blue spine is written in golden letters: Robin Hobb City of Dragons. And "eos". Is that right?

Thought it might be...just went with the cover colouring of the anniversary edition of AA that I bought last year.
Seeing as I love blue and red within the RotE, I would love it if it were a blue cover with red lettering.

So let me try to sum up:
I said yellow and blue. You said one color is incorrect.
I'd then say yellow is one color.
The next thing is that the spinal section covers parts of the front and back cover.
So, I'd say yellow is to front and back cover color, and....
the spinal sections color is - just a guess: black
