I love the new site (hurray for RSS feeds!) but I can't figure out how to comment! Am I missing something?
I can't find a "comment" button anywhere!

There is a reply field in e.g. http://robinhobb.com/2010/01/rustycon/ Perhaps Wordpress was configured to disable replying after a while?

In that case, it did turn off incredibly fast. I couldn't reply to the post asking for comments on the new look one day after the post was made.
