These beings have yet to figure out if the "Kel" Character concept will be used. There will be a Taken woman by that name, that much is sure, but it is not sure that the rest will stick for her.
Besides being utterly wrong to mix dragons and humans up in such ways, they are hardly genetically compatible. Not even after human has changed into Taken.
These beings have been thinking that they might need to add a few more sub-species to the human species. Right now, there's four sub-species. two species that are from all factions, one species that only come from Pack, and one that (probably) only comes from Settled. In a place with evolution in overdrive, that is too few.
Alternatives, quite possible ones at that, might be to have each group, especially Settled, have certain unique traits... That Settled from Travial don't look exactly like settled from Ingath Hold and so on.
