As for Hobb's Liveship Traders series (though Ship of Magic is currently down for corrections), Kindle eBooks for Megan Lindholm's works finally became available from both Amazon and Amazon.co.uk in September last year.

I needed Kindle for PC copies of the Liveships books today (since all my books are packed!) and so thought I'd grab these as well, while I was there. I hate reading from a computer screen but I'll take anything at this point! Now if only I could do searches on Kindle for PC...
