Interesting that the original title was 'FEMMES FATALE'. I actually prefer it, though I can see that maybe the change was needed to avoid reader confusion.
Yeesh, all I did was check out GRRM's blog. But thank you nonetheless. But why would the title "Femmes Fatale" cause confusion? It's a pretty well-known term, isn't it?
