The Willful Princess and the Piebald Prince

I finished it. Not very impressed to be honest. It's a story that went into one eye and out of the other. Probably my least favourite 6D story so far.

Not the story... The distance and understanding between the narrator and the occorrences.

I know it is just a scroll, that the reader can find hidden somewhere, and we were supposed to find out things, and okay, a crow, it was clever thing from him to make sigil of the spotted animals, then having a black soulmate, but I wanted to enjoy the story with more spices.

Felicity did nothing except one time when she made up her lie. She saw nothing. I missed the conversation between Charger and anybody. But she was somehow colorless and slow-minded. That is not out of her character but somehow I expected a better point of view from a narrator character. (She was close but not close enough).

I missed the feelings. "He told her something we don't know what" - I want to know his words, but we can't know and the book is full of this we-can't-know thing - that's why I don't like this book. But I know I would love this story if it were written more like the first trilogy.
