I agree some wouldn't want to answer some of those questions, if like me they choose to remain a mysterious (or possibly boring) enigma, but then they can just leave 'em blank I reckon.

Hmmm what would I ask?

What do you grow in your garden (outdoors and/or indoors)?
What's your favourite song to sing?
Have you ever baked a loaf of bread from scratch? (if so was it good?)
Do you like mangoes?
