The only thing I DIDN'T like about the movie is that I thought many elements were far too similar to Kimba the White Lion to be mere coincidences (what an outrage I felt it was at the time!). KtWL was a TV show I LOVED when I was a child, and now I relive those happy moments of my childhood by watching old episodes on DVD, again with my daughter .

I think people are still debating that to this day, lol.

I also agree the similarities are way too uncanny. But I've never seen Kimba, only snippets of it in comparison to Lion King.
