Is it fiction written by Christian authors? I've been told that Robin Hobb is actually catholic, does that make her books Christian lit? Or do you mean people who use their books to spread a Christian message, like C. S. Lewis? Personally, the message doesn't bother me, it's about skillfull writing and most of all: subtlety.
Not sure if I can describe explicitly what I mean by "Christian lit", and I certainly don't want to offend anyone here with my ignorance on the subject. I don't care what religion an author is. My concern about Chris Adrian stems from the fact that the Children's Hospital is basically a Noah's Ark story, so I'm wondering if it's going to be all about the coming rapture/end times and if it will have a strongly religious bent throughout, which to me is not particularly of interest.
