Thankies...
These beings did enjoy the story, especially now that we noticed the comment above that Ronica Vestrit was a Carrock... They had been unable to place that family name...
Now as for the questions above... The dragon and the (elderling) woman are probably still there, considering that they would be too big to move, and how far away they got when getting out of the ruined city...
Whether the dragon is carved of memory stone or not is not known, but it is possible... It could merely be a regular statue...
As for whom it represents... Most likely one of the so-called "Harlot queens" or an Elderling queen.
The fact that the city was slowly buried, rather than buried in a momentary cataclysm explains why this city alone was built like a hive, rather than as separate buildings (like Kelsingra)... They knew what was happening, but they couldn't prevent it...
Our question is:
Are the Carrocks a rain wilds trader family, or a Bingtown trader family?
If the former, did her husband die traveling (lord Carrock)?
If the latter, did she and her family move to Bingtown later, or did her family take up a different name?

Note:
when 'thul write in all italics, it is the lord of the three realms within 'thul speaking. A fairly egoistical, but also somewhat simple-minded dragon. Do not take such posts at face value.
