I loved the link...such an exciting (and fun...and fit!) life you lead, Narya! I'm thinking all of you other thePlenty members should be the ones to start blogs...you all do much more interesting things than I!

Does your boat have a name? I have a new bright orange kayak, and I've been trying to come up with a Hobb-y name for it. Something to do with the Fool, preferably. Ideas welcome!

Something along the apricot line...they're a sort of orange colour (I think, it's a long time since I saw an apricot)

We used to have a faded red boat and a yellow boat, named "the banana boat" and "raspberry", in friendly rivalry, as we practiced against each other, but traded them in for a green one and a blue one as yet unnamed. We "dress" the boats with a dragon head and tail when racing. Here's a race video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2wMIBpMS80&sns=em

Fool-ish, Patince might be horrified at my unkempt garden, but right at home in my cluttered house. Go figure.

Same, Patience would be in her element in my house. The garden, on the other hand would bring forth a few choice words

That dragon boat racing looks like hard work, but great fun (if you enjoy the water, that is!)

I also thought of Apricot! Somehow, it didn't fit the boat, but maybe I just need to get to know "her" better. Boat
