no idea. this is the first these beings have heard of that...

I've not heard of it either, nor had a problem. It seems that sometimes Firefox (and Chrome?) users can receive a fake warning (which looks legit and very like the real deal but is not) and maybe this is one of those times? As far as I can tell, the fakes usually have an update button of some sort somewhere. They basically seem to say that the site you're wanting to look at is a reported attack site and you can get around it by clicking the update button...but what you're doing is actually then opening yourself up to harmful software by clicking on the update button. Of course, the warning *could* be legit so I will bring it to Mervi's attention. Better to check things than not. Apparently such warnings sometimes also have to do with java scripts and flash files associated with affiliate banners that are displayed on a site (such as we have affiliate banners for Amazon etc?). I speak of what I don't know but maybe there's something to look out for...?

This is a "feature" of Firefox provided by Google. Sometimes it's works, others... well. I just checked the site against Google's list of harmful sites and it comes out clean. Here: http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagn...plenty.net (You can check any site by just changing the part after =with the correct domain name.) If the problem persists, I'd love to know. Also where exactly does it occur (main page, wiki, quotes etc).

Thanks Mervi, despite the fact that I didn't bring this to your attention...!
