I love the blue sea, I have visited various Mediterranean places on work trips. I enjoy my holidays on the beach.

Like Sini and Mervi, I live in Finland too, in the Greater Helsinki area, but outside the capital itself.

Like Liquid Ice, I live in Queensland, Australia...how about that?! I live on a 135,000 acre cattle station and we DO ride horses and say "g'day" here  . The population of my closest town and its surrounding area is currently 950 people.

Hmmm I could have sworn I'd posted in this thread! I vaguely remember reading it... I also live in Australia! In the island state of Tasmania. It's NOTHING like the outback! Like Mervi I live in a 'town' of about 200,000 people...... but I definitely call it a 'city'! It's a state capital, but there are at least 5 other cities in Australia that are bigger! (most capitals are over a million people). Well to be accurate I live about 30 km's from the centre of the city so I am really out in the country by local standards. I live on a 14 hectare property now, but up until the last year I lived in the bigger cities all my life. Like Farseer, we do say g'day (sometimes!) and horses are very popular around these parts! But it's been ages since I've been on a horse personally. Woops better stop before this becomes an essay. |
