Yep, I'm thinking the same as you, fool-ish! EDIT: As in, your response to the 'thul beings' comment about differences!

From what I can gather, both US and UK versions of BoD will be out on the same date next year. It's only the lucky Dutch who will have received BoD earlier.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you think when you compare the two versions, joost.

Well, there are slight differences with spelling, cover art etc. The US versions have character lists. Sometimes the titles are slightly different.

I hope that in the future, now with HarperCollins (US) and HarperVoyager (UK) having been merged, we will get the editions on the same date everywhere, as looks to be the case with Blood of the Dragons.

City of Dragons now available in the UK

The UK hardcover edition of the third part of the Rain Wild Chronicles, City of Dragons, is now available. You can get your copy from bookdepository.co.uk or  amazon.co.uk if you haven't bought one yet. The fourth and final part of the series, Blood of Dragons will be out in March 2013 in the UK and the US.

Just spotted that City of Dragons, the third Rain Wild Chronicles book, is out in the UK in hardcover! Time to dive back into that world. Anyone else picking it up? Thinking I might reward myself with some Retro Bowl wins after a good reading session. Almost as satisfying as finding the perfect book! Blood of Dragons arrives in March. Exciting!
