Narya! When I catch my hair at the nape of my neck, I think of it as my warrior's tail. Clapping

I've also been wishing for a silver clasp to pull my hair back with, a la Beloved.

[+]Spoiler
...your handsome husband (with curly, dark hair) comes home from a day of painting gateways with silver paint all over his hands and face and ears and all you can say is, "I'd like to take you into a tent in an abandoned quarry somewhere and make an heir with you."
Big Grin

*chuckles*

'thul have never considered gathering hair into a warrior's tail. Mostly because hair rarely grows beyond 4-5cm long, and usually sticks below 2.

hmm... might you be a tad hooked when you pour out a bucket of water used for washing floors and upon seeing it a grayish white color, think it reminiscent in color of how rain wild river water can be?

And can't avoid the urge to scry it. Whistling

the water was too busy to be scried into, seeing as it was pouring down the drain...

Last night I read Ship of Destiny late into the night, including some rather vivid battles. This morning I went to my dragon boat racing practice - 22 of us in a large canoe, paddling like crazy. I was probably the only one who had strange thoughts in her head when the coach said "fall on your blades!" and "body drop now!" and even "finish it now!". On the way back to the dock, with the water of the bay lapping just 6 inches (15cm) from the top of the gunnel, and my hand dipping in the water with every stroke, I silently thanked Sa for the lack of serpents. Big Grin

Here's our team (filmed on a day I wasn't at practice) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMwRUchPJOw
