Who said it? To whom? In reference to what? AND in what book?
Just looked up the word to clutter. It reminded me of the Narcheska when she says that she doesn't want this farmer-king to clutter her whomb with little farmers. This passage always makes me laugh
But well, I don't have a further clue, yet. I think it's an "austere" talk between maybe Regal and King Shrewd. Regal probably says it to make Shrewd kill Fitz because he is a bad example. But he doesn't know that Shrewd is working quite close with his bastard-brother Chade... Something like this? Would be probably the first book than and Fitz is maybe underneath the table, eating leftovers?
